Check is a convenient app that allows you to rent electric scooters and cars to move quickly and easily through the city. With Check, you have access to sustainable transportation options without the concerns of ownership and maintenance.

How can I get a discount at Check?

You can get a discount at Check by using the promo code RX9-DGX. Enter the promo code in the app during the checkout process to apply the discount to your ride.

What times can I use Check?

In most cities, you can use Check 24/7. However, in Groningen and Zwolle, you can only ride a Check between 06:00 AM and 01:00 AM.

What are the costs of using Check?

For electric scooters, you pay 33 cents per minute (15 cents parking fee) with a starting fee of 1 euro. For electric cars, you pay 30 cents per minute (15 cents parking fee) with a starting fee of 2 euros. Check charges 1.25 euros per invoice for transaction fees, except for invoices of 0 euros and payments via NS Business Card and Shuttle.

Where can I park my Check?

In the Check app, you can see the service area. Within the purple service area, you can end your ride and park your Check. Make sure to park the Check responsibly so that it doesn't obstruct public spaces and keeps the area accessible for everyone.

Where should I not park?

Never park your Check on private property, in front of an entrance or exit, on pedestrian or sidewalk paths, on blind guidance strips, in car parking spaces, on grass, or outside bike racks.

Park your Check in designated parking spaces, in a way that does not inconvenience others, and as if it were your own vehicle. If you see a wrongly parked Check, report it via 'Report parking problem' in our app.

Is my Check insured?

Yes, every Check is insured with liability insurance. Damage caused to third parties by the Check vehicle is covered within the limits of this insurance, except for the deductible. For scooters, the deductible is €500. For cars, the deductible for damage to a third party is €1000 (< 24 years) and €500 (> 24 years), and for damage to the Check car, it is €2500 (< 24 years) and €1750 (> 24 years).

In which cities is Check active?

Check is active in several cities in the Netherlands and Germany. In the Netherlands: Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Breda, Delft, The Hague, Groningen, Hilversum, Leeuwarden, Amersfoort, Zwolle, Vlaardingen, Rijswijk, Nijmegen, Almere, Eindhoven. In Germany: Düsseldorf, Neuss. For the current service area per city, you can check the purple shading in the app.

Where can I find Check scooters?

If Check is available in your city, you can open the Check app to view the purple service area and find a Check. Click on a vehicle to select it. The app will then show you the walking route from your current location to the vehicle.
